1.請勿使用硬物刷洗
2.請勿長期浸泡水中
3.請勿用洗碗機洗滌
4.請勿置入微波爐

◈何謂天然漆

天然漆又名大漆、生漆、土漆、是從漆樹上，割取下來的天然葉汁，與陜西產量為最多，湖北居第二，從樹形、小葉樹、葉形、果形、結果量、開割期、產漆量等因素，可把漆樹分為大木漆與小木漆不同的品種，漆樹不僅是化工的重要原料，而且還可食用、醫用、和做飼料，漆樹木材耐腐、耐濕、少見蟲害 是高級家俱與建築的材料，一般單株平均產量僅75克到125克，每個漆農一天只能採割750到1000克，因此有『百里千刀一斤漆』之說。
 

◈天然漆的成分與檢驗

天然漆是由漆酚、漆脢、漆膠質、水份和少量有機質組成的，漆酚含量佔50%~80%是生漆的主要成分，會起結膜作用，含量越高，漆的質量越好，漆酚是使人體皮膚過敏的刺激物，0.001毫克的生漆，即可使敏感動物產生皮疹，80%初與生漆接觸，易得過敏性皮炎，俗成『漆咬』，並不可怕，一般幾次以後，體內逐漸產生抗體，不僅不再過敏還能把本來對生漆的免疫力，遺傳給子女，日本漆藝家松田權六說， 『滴一滴漆到開水裡，可以治感冒』，其實中國早有生漆藥用的歷史，在『神農本草經』等歷代本草中，都有把乾漆當作藥材的記載，主要取其漆酚的、破瘀、消腫、燥濕、殺蟲的作用，早期漆農常用漆樹葉炒雞蛋，食用可抗過敏。
 

◈存仁堂的大漆

存仁堂所用的大漆產地為陜西省的大木生漆，因為赤寶砂的製作工序，必須用朱漆(生漆)調製，鋁漆為底，上貼金箔，才能產生閃光的效果。這種工藝已經漸漸失傳了，是珍貴的文化遺產。
生漆成品初期，是有漆的味道，不是人人皆能接受，應先予以告知，隨著時間越長，漆味就消失了，至於漆在生活上用於食器 茶器 已是老祖宗到現在的事了，這應是常識。

◈漆瓷工序

(一) 瓷胎製作

1. 瓷杯胎以旋胚方式成型。
2. 土胎以980℃素燒。
3. 杯、蓋施內釉。
4. 再以1280℃還原燒成為瓷胎。

(二) 漆藝

1. 瓷胎外表上大漆。
2. 陰乾兩天後，打磨再上一層漆,共9道底漆。
3. 第十道上金箔。
4. 第十一道上紅漆,再打磨。
5. 第十二道上透明漆。

＊所有的漆均為天然漆，以桐油做溶劑，不含任何化學物質，耐酸鹼、耐高溫。
